Made - Tropical Smoothie Ice Cream

After the fabulous success of my last ice cream endeavour I looked around to see what else would work and stumbled across these Smoothie Cubes in the frozen section of Coles.

Let me tell you, they were even better than the berrie ice creams that I did before! So YUM!

Bought - Farmers Union light Greek yogurt and a box of Creative Gourmet tropical smoothie cubes

All you need to do is 3 easy peasy steps. Get a blender, put a blob of Greek yogurt in (i would say I used about a cup..maybe a little more) about 5 smoothie cubes and blend.

It is literally THAT easy! Pour the mixture into your ice block molds and put into the freezer to set.

Super tasty, low fat, gluten free and low in sugar! The perfect skinny dessert
