Ate

This morning up at 5:30am (after the worlds worst sleep, I'm thinking it was something to do with my choice of what to eat for dinner last night) and decided to eat very well today.

Always cleanse with warm water and lemon in the morning before breakfast.

Organic oats, slivered almonds, a dash of light white milk and agave nectar. Multi vitamin, echinacea and 2 PCIP tablets that my cranio lady said would help with my tiredness.

YUM!
