Monday morning beginning again. Enough stuffing around, its time to get serious! Starting the day with warm water and lemon with my vitamins as usual, high tailing it over to Coles at lunch and re-stocking my lunch box with lettuce and tuna.
Planning to do 2 swim sessions, one boxing session and 2 runs this week and STAY AWAY FROM THE CRAP FOOD! If that dosnt shrink me I dont know what will!!
