Made - Low fat "ice cream"

I was over at my Mum and Dad's house the other day and Dad was cleaning out all of the cupboards downstairs and found this old school ice block mold. You know the plastic ones that have the straw coming out the side? Dad was going to throw it out. I promptly snatched them from him and put them in my bag (along with some amazing Tupperware and a crock pot) Had an amazing idea when I got home.

I should make my own low fat, low sugar ice cream!

I really should call it ice cream because it is actually low fat Greek yogurt BUT for the sake of this exercise, lets call it ice cream!

All you need to is get some low fat or no fat Greek yogurt, some frozen berries (or whatever frozen fruit you would like...actually this would probably work for any fruit) and a few big squeezes of honey into a good blender. Press blend, pour into the molds, put the molds into the freezer over night and Bob is your mothers brother!

Home made "ice cream"!
