After the crapola that I ate yesterday if I didn't get my arss to swimming there would have been hell to pay! Felt amazing in the water and was kicking butt so I am stoked.

Tanned myself when I got home for the extravaganza that will be the 11/11/11 party for one Miss Alicia for her birthday tomorrow night!
