Wearing

Tuesday was such a horrible day, my god it just wouldn't end! I had a meeting with my boss that was a little unpleasant, I was ridiculously busy at work AND the weather was horrible.

On the positive I had a very good doctors appointment and I made the best roast that I have ever done with the greatest crackling known to man!

It was a long time issue of mine, roasting freaked me out. I am slowly getting better! Recipe, if you can call it that to come!
